Nicholas Larkins
Attorney at LawOverview – Nick is a licensed attorney who graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2023 with a concentration in Advocacy. At Stetson, he won the “Book Award” for his Trial Advocacy Class and won the Victor O’Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Nick also served as a teacher’s assistant for Tethered Trial Advocacy and Evidence. Additionally, Nick earned a perfect 4.0 grade point average in his Florida Pre-Trial practice class, and earned high marks in Evidentiary Foundations and Objections, Torts, Commercial Transactions, Business Entities, and Interviewing and Counseling. Nick also earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award, which is given to students who complete at least double the minimum amount of pro bono hours required to graduate. Prior to becoming an attorney at Vinson Law, Nick served the clients of Vinson Law as a law clerk.
Prior to attending law school, Nick graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences in 2018. While at UCF, Nick was elected by the student body of almost 70,000 students to serve as the Student Body President. In this role, Nick concurrently served as a voting member of the UCF Board of Trustees.
Nick is a lifelong Floridian. He was born and raised in the Orlando area. He is married, and he and his wife have one son and a beagle! Florida Bar #1048492, Tennessee Bar #041882.
