My late brother John served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, and during this time he was exposed to asbestos. He was a healthy individual who enjoyed riding his bike over the hills in the Ozark Mountains in Missouri and he kept himself in great shape, but sadly was diagnosed with lung cancer and passed away. I had been named executor of his estate, and it was after his death that I received a packet from Vinson Law containing information about how to proceed with his claim, which we have been working to settle now.
